About

The Person Behind the Work

A psychologist with a genuine belief that people deserve support that is empathetic, clear, and adapted to who they are.

The Workplace Psychologist

Hi, I'm Georgiana

I'm a clinical psychologist and personal development counsellor, trained in Romania and now based in Brussels. I work with adults, parents, and children — offering psychological assessment, primary counselling, and psychoeducation, online as well as in person in Belgium.

I also provide ABA-based support (Applied Behaviour Analysis) for children with autism spectrum conditions and their families — helping with emotional regulation, routines, communication, and social skills through a structured, positive, and child-centred approach. Sessions are available in Romanian or English, online or in person in Belgium.

As a mother myself, I understand the challenges of parenthood from the inside. I support pregnant women and mothers of young children in understanding developmental stages, emotional needs, and finding their own balance.

My approach is empathetic, clear, and structured — focused on understanding and support that is genuinely adapted to each person. I am currently completing the requirements to obtain my Belgian psychology licence, which I expect to finalise within the year. My Romanian clinical training and years of practice are the foundation of everything I do.

Approach

How I Work

01

A First Conversation

Everything begins with listening. I take time to understand who you are, what you're carrying, and what kind of support would feel right for you — with no pressure and no expectations.

02

Tailored Support

There is no one-size-fits-all in psychology. I draw on clinical frameworks and adapt them to your specific situation, needs, and pace.

03

Empathetic, Clear Guidance

Sessions are warm, structured, and honest. I create a safe space where you can think clearly, feel heard, and start to find your own way forward.

04

Ongoing Support

Change takes time. I offer continuity and follow-through — because the most important work often happens between sessions, in the small moments of everyday life.
